I once learned how to make an extremely delicious dinner in a cookery club I used to go to - stuffed jacket potatoes! I make them for my family when none of them can be bothered cooking ;)
ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 100g of grated cheddar cheese
- 2 spring onions, chopping into thin slices
- 4 tsp of milk
utensils
- 1 mixing bowl
- 1 teaspoon
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
2. Then half the potatoes, placing them on an oiled baking tray. Place the potatoes in the oven until crispy on the outside.
3. Once finished crisping, scoop out the insides, leaving only the case. Move the insides into your mixing bowl, adding the spring onions, milk and cheese. Mix the ingredients.
4. Replace the potato mixture back into the case, flattening the tops off and sprinkling some cheese on top.
5. Place in the oven between 17-25 minutes.
6. Take out of the oven and serve up with some salad! Enjoy!

PEPPERMINT CREAM CUPCAKES
These are perfect as a toasty snack for the coming cold months! Eat one
with your hot chocolate and use up the remaining marshmallows...
Mix together margarine and sugar in a large bowl. Stir in eggs. Sift in flour and cocoa and fold to combine. Stir in a few drops of milk.
Pour into prepared cases and bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. The cakes are ready when a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow to cool on wire rack.
Spread an even layer of buttercream on to the cakes – you could stir in some Vanilla essence first for extra flavour. Place candy canes in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush them to small pieces. Sprinkle the pieces and mini marshmallows on to the iced cakes.
NOTE: Always ask an adult for help in the kitchen!

CHOCOLATE CHIP PEANUT BUTTER PIE
Hello readers! Today I bring you a little recipe for a very yummy treat: Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Pie. Granted, it isn't the healthiest thing in the world, but treating yourself once in a while isn't bad? Here's what the finished product will look like:
You will need:
- Peanut butter
- 1 soft block of cream cheese (8 oz.)
- 1 tub of whipped cream (cool whip is what I use)
- chocolate chips
- confectioner's sugar
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
Directions:
- Put 1 cup of peanut butter in a mixing bowl.
- Add 1 cup of confectioner's sugar.
- Add the cream cheese.
- Mix using a mixer. (easiest way)
- Add all of the whipped cream and mix until it's completely blended.
- Add 1 cup of chocolate chips.
- Mix until completely blended to your satisfaction.
Make sure all ingredients (especially the sugar) are completely mixed in, leaving nothing behind in the bowl. You can use a rubber spatula to manually move around the ingredients in the bowl to be sure everything's mixed in properly.
Using a rubber spatula, carefully scoop the mixture and place it in the graham cracker crust. Place it in the refrigerator, cool for at least an hour, then serve! Personally, I've found that it sits better if you actually let it cool for an entire day.
Enjoy your delicious dessert!
